Assignment Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a General OR (Circulating) position in Ohio, requiring a minimum of 3 years of OR experience and active BLS and ACLS certifications.

• General OR (circulating) position in an acute care hospital setting
• Day shift schedule, either three 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) or four 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) per week
• Rotating call schedule that includes both weekday and weekend call, split between Call 1 and Call 2, mirroring the call rotation of permanent staff
• Holiday call rotation may be required if a holiday falls within the contract period
• Schedule is subject to variability based on patient census and staffing levels
• Epic EMR used; proficiency preferred
• 13-week contract

• Active OH or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 3 years of current, recent OR experience required
• Robotic, Neuro, and Ortho surgical experience recommended
• Epic EMR proficiency recommended

• Position is classified as quick start
• COVID-19 vaccination is not required for this position
