Assistant Director of Nursing; ADON, RN

Assistant Director of Nursing – Supports the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and overseeing daily nursing services while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Coordinate with the DON to select, retain, develop, and lead the clinical team.
• Assist in coordinating nursing and ancillary services with department leaders to ensure continuity of resident care.
• Implement the clinical staffing model and perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, audits, evaluations, and charting.
• Participate in Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program implementation and maintenance.
• Prepare for facility surveys and accreditation programs conducted by authorized regulatory agencies or the company.

• Associate degree or advanced degree in Nursing.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Current, valid state RN license and CPR certification.
