Valor Clinical Partners is seeking a compassionate, autonomous Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP/APRN) to lead care for residents across nursing facilities in Zanesville and surrounding areas. Monday–Friday schedule with 8-hour days between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
You will provide comprehensive primary and episodic care, coordinate with facility teams, and mentor staff while focusing on early intervention to prevent hospitalizations in a supportive, interdisciplinary environment.
