Registered Nurse – Observation Unit travel assignment in Zanesville, OH. Start date 08/17/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay $1,875–$1,980 per week, guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift: 3x12 nights, 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., with every other weekend required. Primary assignment on a 1S Observation Unit with potential to float to other Med‑Surg units and possibly the ED if skilled and knowledgeable.

Epic EMR proficiency required; active BLS and ACLS required. This assignment is a travel - temporary position within a multi‑unit care setting.

• Deliver direct patient care on the Observation Unit, including assessments, monitoring, and timely documentation in the Epic EMR
• Monitor telemetry; interpret telemetry readouts (BCRA) and administer indicated therapies per physician orders
• Float to related Med‑Surg units and, when appropriately skilled, the ED to support patient care needs
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, discharge planning, and patient/family education
• Maintain patient safety, infection control, and adherence to unit policies; complete accurate shift reporting and handoff communication
• Demonstrate competency in EMR usage and telemetry‑related skills; readiness for day‑one competency checks

• Active RN license in Ohio
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 3 years of Telemetry/Med‑Surg experience; ability to read Telemetry/BCRA; competency assessed on day one
• Epic EMR proficiency required (refresher training or one‑on‑one support not available)
• Ability to float to other Med‑Surg units and possibly the ED; willingness to work nights 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.; every other weekend
