American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a Comprehensive Medical Unit night shift role requiring telemetry experience and current Epic proficiency.
Details- Works primarily on the 4 West Comprehensive Medical Unit with occasional floating to other Med-Surg units (Stroke, Oncology, Cardiac, Observation, ED/Med-Surg boarders)
- Night shift schedule (7p-7:30a) with every other weekend required
- No on-call requirements
- 36 hours per week
- Active OH or compact RN license required
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 3 years of current/recent Telemetry and/or Stepdown experience required
- Must be able to competently read telemetry, as this will be tested on day one
- Current Epic EMR proficiency required
- Candidates must be able to demonstrate Epic proficiency without need for refresher classes or 1:1 training
- Telemetry reading competency will be tested on day one of assignment
- Returning Genesis travelers within 9 months may be eligible for alternate start dates
