Vision is looking for qualified, experienced Residential and Commercial Real Estate Appraisers to join our expanding team of professionals. The ideal applicant is a self‑driven, quick‑learning team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

• Complete on‑parcel field reviews of property data to assure data quality and uniform treatment within similar neighborhoods.
• Assist the Project Manager in developing and implementing valuation parameters and modeling for each assigned project.
• Interact professionally and tactfully with taxpayers during the informal hearing process, completing hearing forms and investigating discrepancies reported by the taxpayer.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, the general public, and company personnel.

• High school diploma.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn with on‑job training.
• Mass appraisal or fee appraisal experience a plus.
• Ohio appraisal license or trainee a plus.

• Mileage reimbursement per company policy and assigned project.
