The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, it is essential to be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. You must be able to fulfill the following requirements:

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with your District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion and issues, and offer solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Perform store-specific measurements and accurate cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process and hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Conduct detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask to add value and appreciate the customer.

Ensure customers have a shopping experience that differentiates us from the competition. Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving). Additional duties may be assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ and hold a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Ability to read, write, and count accurately is necessary.

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.

• Generally indoor environment with moderate noise.
• Shifts typically no less than 4 hours, possibly exceeding 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations in your personal vehicle is required, often for extended periods.
• Promote a safe, productive environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Work on hard surfaces (concrete, asphalt) with adequate lighting and temperature.

• Ability to travel as needed.
• Push and pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, stoop, and climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment including computers, cash registers, and handling tools.
• Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete required training successfully.
• Operate all necessary equipment, excluding forklift and baler if under 18.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Drive a vehicle.
• Stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Reach overhead and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Move throughout the store quickly and safely.
