Compensation

Hourly wage $15 - $28 per hour. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums can range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.

Stocking associates are responsible for unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. The role requires the ability to lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds. Operating heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.
