as a store manager you will be responsible for managing the overall operations of our retail store, ensuring both operational efficiency and a high standard of customer service. general duties and responsibilities:

• manage, direct and lead the operation of the retail store to achieve budgeted revenue, expense and net profit by implementing goodwill industries policies and procedures.
• supervise and schedule all truck driver duties, donation processing, stock duties, merchandising and displaying, cashiering and customer service at the retail location.
• sorting donations, hanging clothing, pricing/displaying merchandise, providing customer service, running the register, working on the sales floor, performing custodial services, and loading and unloading truck as needed.
