Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems cash credit debit mobile payments Maintain a clean and organized store inside and out Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco alcohol lottery and other sales Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards our loyalty program offering the best prices and offers to customers Use technology to assist customers track inventory and improve efficiency Other Qualifications include but are not limited to walking standing squatting lifting carrying and reaching Ability to work in demanding circumstances including variable temperatures indoors and outdoors

Customer focused mindset you love helping people Basic math and cash handling skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment with flexible scheduling Previous retail or food service experience is a plus but not required Comfort with technology we use modern tools to make work easier
