Labor Foreman; Zanesville, OH

Holder Construction is seeking a Labor Foreman for level associates to join our project in Zanesville. The perfect person for this job is a team player who thrives in a challenging and fast‑paced yet supported environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of teamwork, the ability to work independently on assignments, handle multiple projects at one time while remaining flexible, and work within tight deadlines.

• Supervise a team of laborers to provide a safe, organized working environment and keep the jobsite clean.
• Move materials, pick up trash and debris, and adapt to meet the individual needs of each situation.

• Minimum 2 years of construction experience and 1 year of team leadership experience.
• Understanding of safety and general constructability knowledge.
• OSHA 10 training required, OSHA 30 preferred; forklift, fall protection, and mobile elevated work platform (boom and scissor) training.
• Agile and mobile; remain alert, be able to stand or walk for long periods; use fingers, hands, and arms to reach, handle, and manipulate objects; climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects; work on uneven surfaces/heights.
• Must read/write, have good vision and hearing, light correction acceptable.
• Able to lift and carry materials weighing 50‑100 lbs. 75% of the time.
• Work in an OSHA‑compliant safety environment; work outside; willing to work overtime and weekend hours; punctuality and promptness required daily.
