Experienced HVAC Installer – Residential & Light Commercial

Thorne Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a skilled and dependable Experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. We are a long-standing, reputable, non-union company serving the Zanesville area with a strong focus on quality workmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

• $25–$35 per hour, based on experience, technical proficiency, and adherence to best industry practices.

This position is primarily focused on the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including replacement equipment, retrofits, and new construction projects. The ideal candidate brings a high level of craftsmanship, efficiency, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, etc.)
• Perform system replacements, retrofits, and new construction installations
• Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and local codes
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management
• Properly handle tools, materials, and company equipment

• Proven experience as an HVAC installer
• Strong understanding of installation best practices and system design fundamentals
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
• EPA certification required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
