Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Enervise is a leading provider of commercial and industrial HVAC services with nearly 40 years of experience serving customers throughout Ohio. We are seeking skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing team.

The Service Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial HVAC systems, including:

• Rooftop units (RTUs)
• Split systems
• Heat pumps
• Boilers
• Cooling towers
• VAV systems
• Building controls

This position works directly with customers to identify solutions, perform repairs, and ensure equipment operates efficiently and reliably.

• Perform preventive maintenance, start-ups, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose system issues and recommend solutions.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards.

• Minimum 2 years of commercial HVAC experience.
• EPA/CFC Certification.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Experience with chillers, boilers, and controls is a plus.
