The Shelly Company, a CRH company, is seeking Experienced Asphalt Crew Members to support daily paving operations across Ohio. Ideal candidates have Class A or B CDL and/or screed experience and must be willing to travel, work varied hours, and join the laborers' union.
Responsibilities include assisting with paving duties, equipment maintenance, hopper management, and coordinating with foreman to ensure smooth workflow. Safety and timely paperwork are essential in this role.
