Scientific Games is seeking a Field Service Technician to service lottery retail locations, install and relocate equipment, and provide customer training. You will diagnose and repair hardware and communications issues, manage service calls, and maintain strong retailer relationships.
This role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, a valid driver's license, and willingness to work weekends or overtime as needed. Travel will be field-based with company vehicle provided.
