Mancan Staffing is hiring Electrical Helpers for a growing company that is looking for dependable individuals to assist its electrical department.

Electrical experience is preferred but not required! Construction, mechanical, or other hands-on experience is a plus. The company is looking for reliable candidates who are comfortable working hard, getting their hands dirty, and traveling to job sites in Zanesville and Heath.

Job Duties:

• Assist electricians with residential and commercial electrical projects

• Load, unload, and stage tools, materials, and equipment

• Assist with installing electrical wiring, conduit, fixtures, and equipment

• Measure, cut, and prepare materials for installation

• Use basic hand and power tools safely

• Help maintain tools and equipment

• Keep job sites, work areas, and company vehicles clean and organized

• Follow all company and job-site safety procedures

• Travel to job sites in Zanesville and Heath

• Learn electrical industry standards and installation techniques

Requirements:

• Electrical experience preferred

• Construction, mechanical, or hands-on experience preferred

• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus

• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Must have reliable transportation

• Must be willing and able to travel to job sites in Zanesville and Heath

• Must be able to pass a drug test

• Dependable with a strong work ethic

• Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work and getting dirty

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Good communication skills

• Willingness to learn and advance within the company
