Delivery Driver

Location:John McIntire Library is the primary work site.

Will travel to all library branches and other locations daily

Salary: $12.79 to $13.95 per hour (20 hours per week)

Join our team as a Delivery Driver and help connect our community with the resources they love! In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of books and materials between the John McIntire Library and our various library branches.

Under general supervision, loads and delivers library materials between John McIntire Library, branches and other locations.

High school diploma or equivalent;
State of Ohio Driver’s License with an accident-free driving record with no serious moving violations and/or convictions within the past five years.

• Knowledge of city and country roads
• Knowledge of state and local driving laws and regulations
• Knowledge of defensive and safe driving practices
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, push, pull and lift boxes weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and the general public
• Skill in sorting and packing collection materials.
