Pharma Nord’s office in Brussels is looking for an Administrative & Logistics Assistant to support a wide range of practical tasks that help keep daily operations running efficiently.

Job description You will be part of our office based in Zaventem, consisting of employees working within administration, marketing, sales, and accounting. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our office at Minervastraat 14, 1930 Zaventem. The role combines administrative support with hands-on coordination of materials, mailings, and event logistics.
Process sample requests and keep customer data up to date
Provide general administrative support to the marketing and admin teams
Help in the warehouse when needed
Profile The ideal candidate is hands-on, well organized, and comfortable balancing administrative tasks with practical logistics support. Experience in an administrative or logistics role, a good command of Dutch, French, and English, and confidence using Microsoft Office and databases are important for this position.
