• Own the Numbers – Prepare journal entries, financial statements, and monthly reports with precision
• Keep Things Balanced – Reconcile balance sheet accounts, monitor cash flow, and resolve discrepancies
• Support Tax & Compliance – Assist with tax filings, year-end closings, and internal financial controls
• Analyze & Advise – Provide insights through financial analysis to support property and corporate decisions
• Team Player – Partner with operations and management teams to maintain smooth financial operations
• Tech-Savvy Accounting – Use Excel, Microsoft Office, and M3 accounting software to streamline processes

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and deadline-driven
• Strong problem-solver who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Confident communicator and team player with a positive attitude
• Experienced in accounting principles, reporting, and reconciliation
• Associate’s degree in Accounting required (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Hotel or restaurant industry experience is a plus
