Key Responsibilities
* Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely
* Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies
* Assist with month-end close, journal entries, and financial reporting
* Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and supporting documentation
* Review, code, and enter invoices while ensuring proper approvals
* Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
* Support audits and ensure compliance with company policies and GAAP standards
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting
Qualifications
* 2+ years of accounting experience (AP, AR, or general accounting)
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
* Strong understanding of general accounting principles
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP preferred)
* Experience with accounting systems or ERP platforms
* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
* Experience with reconciliations, financial reporting, and process improvement
* Strong communication and teamwork mindset
