Moxy Dental & Airway is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Front Desk Administrator to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a critical role in creating a positive patient experience while supporting the day‑to‑day operations of our front office. We are looking for a dependable professional who is passionate about customer service, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced dental environment.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Welcome and check in patients with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling, questions, and requests.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient recall systems to support office productivity.
  • Verify and update dental insurance information and benefits.
  • Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements with patients.
  • Collect payments and process transactions at the time of service.
  • Scan, organize, and maintain patient records and documentation.
  • Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and outside specialists.
  • Maintain accurate patient information while adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
  • Assist with general administrative and front office duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required
  • Minimum of 2 years of dental front office experience.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy office setting.
  • Experience with appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and patient collections.
  • Proficiency with computers and standard office software.
Preferred
  • Experience with Eaglesoft practice management software.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes.
  • Previous experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements with patients.
