Moxy Dental & Airway is seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Front Desk Administrator to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a critical role in creating a positive patient experience while supporting the day‑to‑day operations of our front office. We are looking for a dependable professional who is passionate about customer service, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced dental environment.

Tuesday – Friday - Compensation: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience
- Benefits:
Available for eligible full‑time employees
- Welcome and check in patients with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling, questions, and requests.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient recall systems to support office productivity.
- Verify and update dental insurance information and benefits.
- Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements with patients.
- Collect payments and process transactions at the time of service.
- Scan, organize, and maintain patient records and documentation.
- Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and outside specialists.
- Maintain accurate patient information while adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality standards.
- Assist with general administrative and front office duties as assigned.
- Minimum of 2 years of dental front office experience.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy office setting.
- Experience with appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and patient collections.
- Proficiency with computers and standard office software.
- Experience with Eaglesoft practice management software.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes.
- Previous experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial arrangements with patients.
