The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and administrative support for manufacturing facility.
- Manage office budget, vendor relationships, and procurement of office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections, collaborating with production teams.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow.
- Support HR functions including onboarding, record-keeping, and employee relations for office staff.
- Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements for manufacturing leadership and staff.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
- Experience with inventory management, purchasing, or supply chain processes in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to manage and maintain confidential information with discretion.
