Salary Range: $68,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Zeeland seeking Demand Planners who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for various time horizons.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development to gather market intelligence and incorporate into demand plans.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to improve forecast accuracy.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with supply chain to ensure optimal stock availability to meet demand.
• Identify and address significant forecast variances and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize forecasting software and statistical models to generate accurate demand predictions.
• Participate in S&OP meetings, presenting demand plans and highlighting potential risks or opportunities.
