Supplier Relationship Manager I or II LEVEL I- Estimated annual base pay: $72,000.00 (minimum) - $ (midpoint) - $ (maximum)
- Estimated annual base pay: $85,000.00 (minimum) - $ (midpoint) - $ (maximum)

Key Responsibilities
- Supplier Performance Management:
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance against contractual agreements and key performance indicators to ensure quality and timely delivery. - Relationship Development:
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers to foster mutual understanding and continuous improvement. - Issue Resolution:
Identify, address, and resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers promptly to minimize disruptions to the supply chain. - Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect and analyze supplier performance data, and prepare regular reports to inform management and support decision making processes. - Relationship Development:
Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to foster mutual understanding and continuous improvement.
- Communication & Influence:
Shares information or updates with others when asked. Identifies those who should be persuaded to support a desired course of action. Further development required. - Negotiation:
Learns negotiation tactics and identifies successful negotiation examples. Further development required. - Analytical Thinking:
