Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

• Estimated annual base pay: $72,000.00 (minimum) - $ (midpoint) - $ (maximum)

• Estimated annual base pay: $85,000.00 (minimum) - $ (midpoint) - $ (maximum)

• Supplier Performance Management:
  Monitor and evaluate supplier performance against contractual agreements and key performance indicators to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Relationship Development:
  Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers to foster mutual understanding and continuous improvement.
• Issue Resolution:
  Identify, address, and resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers promptly to minimize disruptions to the supply chain.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
  Collect and analyze supplier performance data, and prepare regular reports to inform management and support decision making processes.
• Relationship Development:
  Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to foster mutual understanding and continuous improvement.

• Communication & Influence:
