Customer Service Representative

PLANT (ANNUALS, PERENNIALS, & SHRUBS) KNOWLEDGE IS A MUST

Create a friendly and welcoming environment by greeting and offering assistance to customers by phone. You are the voice of Proven Winners and Garden Crossings to the customer ensuring they remain the top priority while balancing tasks and routines.

Plant Knowledge is a Must!

• Provide superior and professional customer service to our Mail Order Customers
• Answer Phone calls, greet all customers warmly, assist in a friendly, courteous manner, and efficiently resolve customers’ questions and requests
• Deliver the highest level of customer service through effective problem‑solving. Resolve order problems.
• Complete placement of orders accurately and effectively while engaging with the customer
• Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions. Replace/Refund based on approval.
• Assist with refunds or replacements as directed by the manager.
• Notify customers by email of any backorders.
• Keep records of all customer interactions making sure to provide accurate and complete information in order
• Flexible and willing to cross‑train and work in other areas, as needed

Preferred:

• 2 years of Customer Service experience preferred
• Plant Knowledge is a must!
• 4-5 days March‑October, 2-3 days November‑February
