Generac is seeking a Technical Field Service Representative Level II to perform on-site and phone troubleshooting, repair, equipment modifications, installation, and sales commissioning support of Generac industrial products. Up to 50% travel is required.
Preferred candidates hold an Associate degree and have 6 years of EPSS servicing experience, with strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, and proven report-writing and communication skills. A valid driver license is mandatory.
