PLC Programmer | Zeeland, MI
Salary Range: $71,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are collaborating with multiple companies in Zeeland seeking experienced PLC Programmers. These organizations value long-term fit and are looking for professionals who bring both skill and alignment. By joining our network, you gain access to opportunities tailored to your goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement PLC programs for automated manufacturing systems.
- Troubleshoot and debug existing PLC code and control systems.
- Collaborate with engineers and production staff to define system requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and upgrades of control systems.
- Document programming changes, system configurations, and operational procedures.
- Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance personnel.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience programming PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Rockwell Automation).
- Proficient in ladder logic, structured text, and function block diagram programming languages.
- Experience with HMI/SCADA system development and integration.
- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP).
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and P&.
- Experience with SCADA and HMI development.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Ether Net/IP, PROFINET).
- Proficiency in other programming languages relevant to industrial automation (e.g., Python, C#).
- Knowledge of robotics programming and integration.
- Experience with vision systems.
