Test Engineer | Zeeland, MI
Salary Range: $75,000 - $112,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Zeeland that are seeking skilled Test Engineers. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities
- Designing and executing test plans for manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Identifying and documenting defects, working with development teams for resolution.
- Developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Analyzing test results and providing detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborating with design and production engineers to improve product quality and testability.
- Performing root cause analysis of failures and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal quality procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in test engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies.
- Proficiency in developing and executing automated tests using scripting languages (e.g., Python, C#).
- Experience with test equipment calibration, maintenance, and data acquisition systems.
- Experience with programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, C#) for test automation.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques for interpreting test results.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies.
- Experience with PLCs, industrial control systems, or robotics.
- Certification in relevant areas like ISTQB, Six Sigma, or specific industry standards.
