Level II:
Estimated annual base pay: $77,000 (Minimum) - $100,000 (Midpoint) - $123,000 (Maximum)
Senior:
Estimated annual base pay: $93,000 (Minimum) - $121,000 (Midpoint) - $149,000 (Maximum)
All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.

Level IIKey Responsibilities:
- Works assigned tasks to meet schedule and may coordinate details with other departments.
- Supports the design and development of fuel nozzle geometries, flow paths, and atomization features for aerospace propulsion systems.
- Applies DFM and DFA principles to support manufacturable and repeatable designs.
- Creates and updates engineering drawings, including basic GD&T and tolerance analysis.
- Supports component testing, including flow, spray, structural, and durability testing, with some supervision.
- Participates in design reviews, FMEAs, and risk assessments, and helps implement design improvements.
- Collaborates with manufacturing, quality, and suppliers to support producibility and resolve design issues.
- Recognizes problems beyond current capability and seeks guidance from subject matter experts.
- May implement process improvements on a project level.
- Performs work using conventional engineering practices.
Skills:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including internal presentations and basic technical writing.
- Competent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively on project teams and communicate with customers.
- May direct or lead technicians, detailers, and designers.
- Basic understanding of industry and company technical standards, including quality system standards and PLC processes.
- Basic knowledge of FEA tools, DFSS tools, and engineering quality systems such as PLC, engineering change, and configuration management.
- Basic understanding of component function, testing, manufacturing processes, drawings, GD&T, and shop standards.
- Effective time management skills.
Qualifications:
- 4 Year Bachelors BS degree+ 1 Year of experience or MS
- International
- Bachelors BS/University degree equivalent by Country AND 1 year of experience or Masters
Key Responsibilities:
- Plans, schedules, and coordinates detailed phases of a project.
- Leads the design and development of fuel nozzle models for next-generation aircraft and advanced fuel delivery components for gas turbine engines.
- Develops and optimizes nozzle geometries, flow paths, and atomization features to meet performance and reliability targets.
