Job PurposeThe purpose of this position is to provide engineering support for Operations.
Essential Functions- Work with Engineering and Operations to resolve Safety Issues.
- Work with Maintenance to resolve Machine downtime issues.
- Work with Engineering and Operations to resolve Quality issues.
- Work with Engineering and Operations to develop process documentation.
- Understand complex machines to diagnose issues and recommend improvements.
- Operate PC‑based computer systems.
- Read and understand routings and part drawings.
- Make decisions based on sound engineering principles.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with people from Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance.
- Maintain detail orientation to ensure accuracy of information delivered.
- Perform in a team environment to ensure all work is completed 100% on time.
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested.

- 2‑4 years of experience as a TMO or Engineering Technician.
- Experience with standard programs such as Excel and Word.
- Apply basic engineering procedures and practices.
- Work to deadlines and completions.
- Manage own workload and be self‑motivated.
- Team player skills.
- Mechanical aptitude to understand manufacturing equipment.
- Works under direct supervision.
