HVAC Mechanic About the role
We are seeking an experienced Industrial HVAC Technician to join our Site Utilities Team in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. This critical role is responsible for maintaining the HVAC, refrigeration, environmental control, and utility systems that support safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations.
Your responsibilities- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Support chilled water, cooling tower, glycol, ventilation, and environmental control systems.
- Maintain AHUs, RTUs, MAUs, exhaust systems, and associated controls.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control‑related equipment failures.
- Support facility utility systems and environmental infrastructure.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Assist with root cause investigations and reliability improvements.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency repairs.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC, refrigeration, industrial maintenance, or related experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation.
- Ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment.
- EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification.
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with Metasys, Siemens, Honeywell, Tridium, or similar BAS platforms.
- Experience with chillers, cooling towers, glycol systems, compressed air, steam systems, and VFDs.

Starting pay $26-$35/hour based on skills/experience.
US pay transparencyThe base salary range for this role will vary based on experience, training, education, and applicable factors. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to change each year.
