Position: Assembly and Test Associate 1 (2nd Shift, M-F 2PM- 10PM)

Estimated hourly base pay:

  • $22.55 after a 10% shift premium

  • Hours:

    2nd Shift, Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM

  • Training

    Hours:

    7:30 AM- 3:30 PM (1st Week Only)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you're an Assembly and Test Associate 1, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

  • This role involves assembling and testing products according to documented procedures, ensuring quality through inspections, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Safety and adherence to protocols are prioritized. Key qualities sought include technical proficiency, critical thinking, mechanical aptitude, effective team communication, time management, lean practices, attention to detail, and collaboration. Candidates should follow standardized work, participate in continuous improvement, and use basic computer tools to support tasks efficiently.

What

You Will Be Doing
  • Assemble Product:
    Follows documented procedures to accurately and efficiently assemble product components using specified tools and equipment.

  • Test Product:
    Follows documented procedures to accurately and efficiently test product using specified tools and equipment,

  • Quality:
    Conducts inspections and tests to verify the accuracy and functionality of products and records and maintains data per operating standards.

  • Organization & Cleanliness:
    Adheres to 5S principles by keeping workstations clean, organized, and free of unnecessary items. Follows established guidelines to ensure tools, materials, and equipment are properly stored and maintained.

  • Safety Mindset:
    Adheres to all established safety protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements; maintains mindfulness of self and surrounding work area to promote a safe working environment.

What We Are Looking For
  • Technical Capability:
    Understands and follows basic technical instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

  • Critical Thinking:
    Identifies gap-to-standard and resolves or escalates them per standard processes/procedures.

  • Mechanical Aptitude:
    Demonstrates basic understanding of mechanical systems and components. Uses hand tools and basic equipment safely and effectively. Can assemble and test products and may perform basic setups of equipment.
