Salary Range: $68,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Zeeland that are seeking Master Schedulers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for all manufactured products.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and supply chain to ensure alignment of the MPS with demand and capacity.
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust the MPS to optimize inventory turns and minimize stockouts.
• Analyze production capacity and identify potential bottlenecks, proposing solutions to maintain schedule adherence.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to manage scheduling parameters and generate production plans.
• Lead weekly scheduling meetings, communicating plan changes and performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in scheduling processes and tools.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in production planning or master scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Proven ability to develop and maintain accurate production schedules in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
