• Sewing
• Fabricate complex dunnage systems with intricate components (e.g., hanging bags, sewn-in pockets, reinforced dividers).
• Proficiently utilize a variety of industrial machines, including single and double-needle lockstitch, heavy-duty walking foot, and programmable pattern sewers.
• Work with industrial-grade textiles such as heavy vinyl, canvas, webbing, and reinforced synthetic fabrics required for durable industrial rack dunnage.
• Sew in or attach industrial fasteners, grommets, Velcro, etc. to dunnage, according to customer specifications.

• Read and accurately translate complex drawings, work orders, and 2D/3D technical specifications into finished textile assemblies
• Assist with creating first-article samples or prototypes for new rack dunnage designs.
• Use precision instruments to ensure all sewn components meet strict dimensional tolerances for a perfect fit within metal rack frames.
• Perform self-inspections and peer reviews to ensure seam strength, stitch tension, and overall dimensional accuracy meet quality standards.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and perform minor mechanical adjustments (e.g., timing, tension, needle bar height) to minimize production downtime
