Do you take pride in building precise, high-quality components and contributing to a team's success? Extol, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented, team-driven Machine Builder to support standard machine build activities. In this hands-on role, you'll assemble wire, plumb, standard hot plate and spin welding machines while working closely with design engineers, machinists, and fellow builders to deliver high-quality solutions that make a direct impact on our products and processes.

The Ideal Candidate- Assembles and debugs standard hot plate and spin welding machines, including mechanical assembly, wiring, and pneumatic systems.
- Follows general work guides and at times reads and interprets technical documentation such as prints, schematics, and 3D models to ensure accurate builds.
- Takes ownership of assigned machine builds and processes, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely completion.
- Collaborates with design, project management, and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve outcomes.
- Identifies problems and implements solutions, contributing to continuous improvement of standard manufacturing processes.
- Maintains organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- An eagerness to learn and refine assembly processes through significant collaboration.
- High school diploma or equivalent with strong technical or mechanical background.
- Experience in assembly, tool building, or a related manufacturing environment (not entry-level).
- Some familiarity with technical prints, schematics, and 3D models.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.
