Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Estimated annual base pay:
Starting Pay Rate: $25.00 (+DOE) Overtime Available

Hours:

Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:0 PM 1 week of Training/Orientation:
Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM

• Perform Welding Operations:
  Executes welding tasks using standardized techniques and equipment in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain Equipment:
  Conducts regular inspections and routine maintenance of welding tools and machinery to ensure optimal functionality.
• Read and Interpret Blueprints:
  Utilizes technical drawings and specifications to accurately guide welding processes and ensure precise outcomes.
• Quality Standards:
  Inspect welded components to verify compliance with quality and safety standards, addressing any discrepancies.
• Safety Compliance:
  Knowledge of and adherence to safety protocols and regulations in welding environments.

• Welding Techniques:
  Proficient in various welding methods such as MIG, TIG, and/or Arc welding.
• Problem Solving:
  Identifies and resolves common welding issues using established procedures.
• Equipment Operation:
  Skilled in operating welding equipment and related machinery safely and effectively.
• Team Communication:
  Communicates effectively with team members and supervisors to support workflow and and eliminate immediate issues.
