Flu Vaccine RN Health Services

About the Position

Employee Health supports the system with annual influenza vaccinations. This season typically runs September–December and offers convenient onsite clinics for team members to receive their vaccination. This position is seasonal and would be required to work a set schedule during the months of September–December.

Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities we serve. There are over 40 different types of primary care and specialty practices, which allows those who work in these clinics the opportunity to learn and explore various interests or specialize in one area.

• Pick up required vaccine supplies from the designated vaccine hub prior to each clinic or onsite event.
• Administer vaccines according to established protocols and clinical guidelines in both community and employer partner settings.
• Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and thoroughly during the event, including patient consent and vaccination records.
• Safeguard patient privacy and adhere to all applicable health and safety regulations.
• Return completed documentation and any unused supplies to the vaccine clinic following each event.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and site coordinators to ensure smooth event operations.

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (Preferred);
  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• LIC-Registered Nurse (RN) – State of Michigan.
• Required upon hire: driver's license – State of Michigan.
• Required upon hire: CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association (90‑day qualification) or BLS – American Red Cross (90‑day qualification).

Part‑time, variable schedule. Weekly scheduled hours: 7:00a.m.–5:00p.m. (Variable). Days worked:
Mondayto Friday (Variable). Weekend frequency: N/A.
