Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care according to individualized care plans.

Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs.

Supervise and evaluate nursing assistants.

Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards.

Current RN License.

Ability to administer medication; IV certification preferred.

Knowledge of state rules and regulations.

Positive, can-do attitude with excellent attendance.
