Function

as a team leader you work with 3 to 4 other colleagues. Together you manage a team of 10-25 on-call workers. With you at the helm, guests experience a real moment of happiness and they leave with a smile! You do this through:

• Take orders and bring them to the table;
• Ensure clean and tidy tables;
• Resolve unexpected situations. Is the cake gone? Can ranja fall? Terrace is full and a shower is coming? These are all situations that you can easily solve without the guest realizing that something was wrong;
• Well worth knowing! The tables are empty and the glasses full. You can see right through that! You wipe away some food scraps here and there, straighten a parasol and know immediately when someone needs your attention.

Your workshop consists of our large restaurant (400 seats) and terrace (350 seats). Here you work together with a young team. You have informal, personal contact with management on a daily basis. By showing initiative you keep the lines short. This means you always know where you stand and you can continue with your tasks.

What do we need from you?

You will surprise us if you have worked in the catering industry before, but this is not necessary. What we especially like to see is that you know how to tackle things! You;

• HAVE VMBO/MBO 2 thinking level;
• You speak and understand Dutch (B1) and English (A2), bonus points for German!;
• Working knowledge of Windows and Android.

• ✔ A salary between € 2,402.58 and € 2,705.69 euros (based on 38 hours), with holiday pay, pension scheme, travel allowance and tip based on your hours worked.
