Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility buildings, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity;
Monitor access and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation;
Report observed hazards, damaged property, unusual conditions, and security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management
