Provide on-site and phone troubleshooting, repair, equipment modifications, installation, and sales commissioning support of Generac industrial products;
Perform mechanical, electrical troubleshooting and repair of generators;
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of generators during all hours as directed;
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance service and/or repairs of generators;
Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and work orders; create and communicate reports on work performed
