This contract role focuses on electrical installation work on active construction sites for multi-family projects in West Michigan. You will support field operations by pulling wire, bending conduit, and assisting with general electrical construction tasks to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities- Pull electrical wire safely and efficiently throughout multi-family construction sites.
- Bend and install electrical conduit according to project specifications and applicable codes.
- Assist with routing, securing, and organizing wiring and conduit runs to support clean and compliant installations.
- Work closely with other electricians and construction team members to complete assigned tasks on time.
- Use hand and power tools appropriately while maintaining a safe and orderly work area.
- Follow all site safety rules, procedures, and directions from site leadership.
- Travel to various job sites across West Michigan, including areas such as Saugatuck and Grand Rapids, as assigned.
- Adapt to changing site conditions and priorities while maintaining a strong focus on quality workmanship.
- Proven ability to pull electrical wire on construction projects.
- Demonstrated experience bending conduit for electrical installations.
- Hands-on experience working on active construction sites.
- Basic knowledge of electrical construction practices and safe work methods.
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a field crew.
- Reliability and punctuality for early morning start times.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting multi-family or large residential construction projects.
- Familiarity with common electrical tools and equipment used in the field.
- Comfort working outdoors and in various weather conditions on job sites.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices.

WorkEnvironment
This is a first-shift role, typically running from approximately 6:00/7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., working on active construction job sites across West Michigan, including areas such as Saugatuck and Grand Rapids. The work takes place in a field environment with varying weather conditions, uneven surfaces, and the usual noise and activity associated with construction projects. You will use standard electrical tools and equipment, follow site safety protocols, and wear appropriate personal protective equipment as required by the job site.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
