- Technical troubleshooting and problem solving

- Complete apprenticeship coursework and training requirements

What We’re Looking For
Required- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in technology
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
- Commitment to completing apprenticeship coursework
- Manufacturing experience
- Automotive, mechanical, electrical, or technical hobbies
- Vocational or technical education experience
- Experience working with tools or equipment
- Like figuring out how things work
- Enjoy hands‑on learning
- Have a strong work ethic
- Ask questions and want to keep learning
- Enjoy solving problems
- Are interested in technology, machinery, robotics, or automation
