Delivery Helper

Gypsum Supply Company is seeking a reliable Delivery Helper to support safe, accurate delivery of drywall, steel studs, insulation, and related building materials to construction sites. Working alongside a driver, you will load and unload trucks, hand-carry and stage materials on-site, and ensure products are stocked where contractors need them. This hands-on role requires frequent lifting, safe material handling, and strict adherence to safety procedures.

You'll interact with customers and crews, represent our family-owned, service-focused culture, and gain experience in logistics with growth potential into operations or sales.

Responsibilities

• Assist drivers with loading, unloading, and delivering drywall, steel studs, insulation, and related materials
• Stock materials safely at residential and commercial job sites, including hand-carrying and use of material-handling equipment
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting, PPE use, and secure load practices
• Verify delivery paperwork, counts, and product accuracy with customers and dispatch
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks, tools, and warehouse staging areas
• Communicate professionally with contractors and site crews, representing Gypsum Supply Company's service standards
• Support warehouse operations as needed, including staging orders and basic inventory tasks
