- Salary Pay + Overtime

Shifts:
- 2nd Shift (Afternoon/Evening) – Beginning at 2PM to 10:30 PM. Earn extra with our shift premium
- Operate lift trucks
– Transport goods safely and efficiently - Varied Freight Across Industries – Automotive, furniture, food, consumer goods, and more

Pay Transparency:
Listed pay reflects actual total earnings for this role, including overtime, profit sharing, bonuses, and company paid retirement contributions. It does not include the value of other benefits like company-paid health, disability, and life insurance.
- Order pulling/wrapping/staging in loading lanes,
- Operating Crown deep reach and Raymond order pulling equipment,
- Receiving inbound product and putting it away,
- Working as servant leaders to help each team accomplish the daily tasks.
- Utilizing warehouse handheld scanners and management software and light customer contact.
- Regular lifting, (up to 50 lbs.), bending, and handling of some power tools.
- 18 years of age required as use of a lift truck is required.
