Je bewaakt KPI’s zoals veiligheid, kwaliteit, productiviteit en servicelevels en implementeert verbeteringen. Je leidt dagelijkse teamoverleggen, verzorgt onboarding en begeleidt re-integratie van medewerkers, met aandacht voor HACCP en arbeidswetgeving.
