Politie Nederland zoekt een ervaren shiftleader voor het Management en Monitoring Center (MMC) in Zeist. Je bent aanspreekpunt voor het team, verdeelt de workload en stuurt op proces en techniek. Je fungeert als escalatiemanager bij incidenten en leidt major incident calls wanneer nodig.
Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team en rapporteert aan de operationeel coördinator. Vereist HBO-niveau, enkele jaren ervaring en bij voorkeur kennis van RATIO Facilitator. Standplaats Zeist, 36 uur per week.
