Kalkhoven zoekt een ervaren hoofdloodgieter met aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring in woningbouw, utiliteit of renovatie. Je geeft sturing aan monteurs, plant werkzaamheden en bewaakt kwaliteit, planning en opleverdocumentatie.
Je doet uitvoering aan WTB-installaties zoals cv-installaties, warmtepompen en riolering, voert druktesten uit en bewaakt naleving van Bouwbesluit en VCA. Rijbewijs B en VCA VOL zijn welkom.
