Prepare Hot Choice Buffet items, including Carving and Display Cooking products, according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures;
Grill all items according to Golden Corral standards to ensure quality;
Restock items at the Display Cooking Station if Buffet Attendant is unavailable;
Assist guests with carved meat options when the Carver is unavailable;
Maintain cleanliness and FIFO rotation; ensure safety and sanitation per health standards
