Production Assistant

Industry: Food / Bakery Manufacturing Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift

Job Summary:

We are looking for dependable Production Assistants to support our Food/Bakery Manufacturing operations. The Production Assistant helps ensure smooth production by assisting machine operators, packaging finished goods, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• Assist machine operators with production line tasks
• Load materials and supplies into production equipment
• Package, label, and palletize finished products
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and GMP guidelines
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned

• Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
• Must follow safety and food handling regulations

• Food production setting (may include exposure to heat, cold, flour dust, and noise)
• Required to wear hairnets, gloves, and other PPE

Full-time opportunities available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Overtime may be required based on production needs.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $16.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
